Overview
Fort Lauderdale Residential Condominium Project
A modern 11-story, 89,000 gross square feet, 18-unit luxury condominium building, located in Southeast Fort Lauderdale, and features ground floor parking, as well as a roof top pool and a private marina. The building is supported by a deep foundation system consisting of 190 16-inch auger grout injected (AGI) piles, post-tensioned slabs, and concrete masonry unit.
Services Provided:
Construction materials testing
Performed comprehensive field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, masonry, and structural materials to verify compliance with project specifications and building code requirements. Material testing supported quality assurance throughout construction, ensuring the structural components of the high-rise, waterfront condominium met the performance demands of an 11-story luxury residential tower.
Post-tension stress monitoring
Monitored stressing operations for the building’s post-tensioned slab systems, documenting cable elongations, stressing forces, and conformance with engineering specifications. Oversight ensured structural integrity, load-carrying performance, and long-term durability for elevated floor levels and rooftop amenities—including the pool deck.
